Our story begins in 2010 when Bahar's father, Chetan, took a leap of faith and founded his own jewelry company in Mumbai, India. He used his 25 years of experience in the jewelry industry and his small rolodex of loyal clients to build a company focused on delivering unmatched prices, high-quality craftsmanship, and superior customer service. For Chetan, every customer was like family—whether they were purchasing a $100 piece or investing $100,000 in a custom design, they received the same level of care and attention. His passion for making each client feel valued helped him rapidly grow his client list.

By 2023, Bahar and her husband Konrad joined the family legacy. They founded Maya Diamonds, a sister company to Veda, with a mission to introduce the art of bespoke, customizable jewelry to the U.S. market. Today, Maya Diamonds is proud to offer breathtaking craftsmanship and affordability through our partnership with Veda Diamonds. We are committed to making every piece a reflection of the person it’s made for.
